Many employers are aware of the employer friendly policies set forth during the Trump Administration.  Some of these policies were controversial.  Not surprising, the Biden Administration (and now the Democratic controlled Congress), have their own agenda.  During the early days of the Biden administration, we saw a number of executive orders designed to overturn Trump policies.  This Administration will also likely have an aggressive agenda that employers must understand.
