You’ve heard about ChatGPT and other AI software and you’re probably using them. Did you know your autocorrect on your phone is a type of AI? It’s everywhere!
But, did you also know that it’s not so easy to stay compliant with federal law when you’re using AI? That’s because AI is often “black box” when we really need to know how things are done. What we want is a crystal box–it’s still pretty and fancy, but we can see what happens.
You can use AI and stay compliant with the EEOC and other federal agencies. (State laws will, of course, vary.)
