Today, more than ever establishing a Dress Code for your business today is not that simple! Styles have become increasingly more outlandish, but your business still has a professional image to uphold. We will discuss how to establish clear guidelines for employees, the reasons behind decisions for dress and how to be comfortable, yet professional. The session will provide practical guidance on how to create and implement legal policies on employees' clothing, jewelry, tattoos, grooming, and religious expression.

There are advantages for organizations to have a dress code so a certain image is projected. Organizational culture may play a role in developing a dress code that is appealing to employees, customers and clients.
